Institutional Support?...

Remember back in March when CNC and many here said financing was AWESOME and better than strategic investor because now there are 20-30 "institutions" who will support share price?  Anyone else remember that?  Share price then was about $3 or ~50% higher whe those claims were made.  What were those comments based on - especially the ones made by CNC on multiple video interviews?  IMO those unsubstianted claims should have never been made and looking back on what has transpired since maybe even just desperate hype?  Does CNC even have any large institutional holders? Serious question for premabulls here.  Who are CNCs large institutional holders?
