The world is swimming in nickel

It is the fifth-most common element on earth and occurs extensively in the earth's crust and core. Nickel, along with iron, is also a common element in meteorites. Nickel occurs naturally in soil and water.

Why is nickel so common?

In 1883, large deposits of nickel were discovered in the Sudbury Basin in Canada, which is where about 30 percent of the world's nickel is mined today. It is believed that this large deposit of nickel is due to an ancient meteor impact.

Is this a new secret troll language ? Lol. The world is not swimming in net zero carbon nickel produced in North America per the NA critical minerals strategy. DD ain't your strong point.

Ya sure if that is what you like to believe but there is also different class of nickle and I believe class 1 is what they need for batteries and that's what canada nickle has is class 1
Comment by N3tPr0phet on Apr 24, 2023 3:54pm
Class 1 nickel is 99.8% pure. Any nickel ore, including matte, can be refined into such a product, it's just a matter of cost and energy. CNC isn't pulling "class 1 nickel" out of the ground; this is marketing BS. In fact, the company hasn't released any sort of technical report demonstrating the amenability of its product to class 1 conversion since the PEA, which ...more

According to the company info, CNC plans to use a processing method called the "Ausmelt process," which is designed to produce high-grade nickel-cobalt-copper concentrate, which can then be further processed to produce Class 1 nickel. However, and this is a very big HOWEVER in my opinion this is dependent on many factors: 1.  quality of the ore 2.  quantity of the high ...more

Every mine is dependent on all those factors.  If you have no answers it's because your ignoring everything.  Drill results, PEA, Technical report for crawford answers all the above.  PEA regressing? You seem confused.  PEA for Texmont isnt regressing the BFS for crawford.  As for the delay it was also explained why at the time.  Mark Selby and team are extremely ...more

I don't think you understand what a feasibility report is Endzone2.  A prefeasibility report and a feasibility report are two different types of studies that are conducted to evaluate the viability of a deposit.  A prefeasibility report is usually conducted in the early stages, and it aims to provide a preliminary evaluation of the project's potential. This type of report ...more

Reminds me of the New Gerald R Ford Class of Aircract Carriers. The USS Gerald R Ford was supposed to replace the USS Enterprise. Idealy, the replacement carrier should be online and fully combat ready before the old ship is decomissioned. The Nimitz Class was built one-for-one as the old Essex/Forrestal Classes were taken out of service. The Big E was decomissioned in 2012 at the end of its life ...more

This is exactly it.  All of these unproven brand new technologies to mine a low grade mine but a lack of a discourse on it.   Instead the focus on the pumpers here has been on character profiling on anonymous critics and former shareholders.  There is a lack of sophistication from the promoters here to explain the nuances of how these unproven new technoloiges are economically ...more

Keep hearing brand new unproven technologies.  What technologies are these that are brand new and unproven.  Trucks, shovels and milling are all proven and haven't seen anything on the flow sheet that's out of this world either.

Goosh quick to call people ignorant and other school ground like names aren't you!  Project much?  Endzone2 again you really need to do some reading or take courses or both.  Here are some examples of new technologies that may be used solely or in combination:   Heap Leaching: Heap leaching is a process that involves stacking crushed ore onto a pad, then irrigating the ...more

Sorry I hurt your feels bro but saying you can't find any answers when it's there in print is willfully ignorant.  This isn't name calling, it's calling out your red herrings, kind of like this continued post with more red herrings.  My username is also not endzone. Many of these processes are used today and some have been around for over a hundred years or so.   ...more

You don't know much about the company.  For 100 years the mining world did not mine low grade deposits but according to you using 100 year old technology will suddenly make it work.   You should do some reading.  Hard to keep track fo all the CNC technologies they mentioned I'm sure I'm missing some.  But here are some. Once again deflection onto new topics when called out on the old ones.  First you didn't know the  ore grade quality and quantity even though they have defined a resource.  Then it was "new unproven" recovery methods despite many of them being around for a long time and are already utilized by miners around the world.  Issues with magnetic separation now?   ...more

You make a post stating that technology hasn't changed in mining and that 100 year old "shovels and picks" work for low grade deposits. I posted the new technologies.   You then asked which ones CNC was using. I posted a few that I could find. Now you speak of red herrings after embarassing yourself in not knowing basic information on a stock you are touting. You are ...more

According to this link North America doesn't have a lot and it doesn't say anything about the carbon foot print.  Most is in South America, Chindonesia, Australia, Russia.   Sorry bro I just don't think race to the bottom and offshoring manufacturing or raw materials for critical parts of the economy is going to be in the cards going forward.  Lessons learned during ...more
