Jeee even anglo got swindled. $1.95 which was at one point a 10% prem to 30day avg vol is now became .95 ! And then at the South African Confrence where they were discussing the Strategic Announcemen, MS said that the last thing they need is another dilutive bought deal and they won't need more financing until "later this year". Turns out "later this year" was only 4 hours as there was a trading halt the same day!

I prefer raising $50 million at 1.85 than under $1 in today's markets and double dilution.

Oh don't you worry, two major financings and dilution in the last two years and you really think that's the end as you average one financing deal a year?  This is how penny stocks like this one end up with 500 million or even 1 billion shares outstanding and in 10 years if this is still around people will scratch their heads wondering why so many shares.   So much for your
