An overview of CNC's land package.

Just to give people an indication of what they mean by district scale. Of course not all of these will get developed, but all we need is a couple. It was difficult to get data on some so if I've overstated or understated please correct. I think this is close enough.

Properties.              Hectares.             High grade.
Sothman.                                                  1000
Deloro.                                                       1800
Texmont.                                                     700 ?
Bannockburn.            1700.                      1000
Mann.                          7800
Reaume.                      5800
Midlothian.                  3200
Reid.                              3800
Adam McCool.            2800
Powell.                          1000
Moody.                          1900
Mortimer.                      2700
Stimson.                        1500
Kingsmill/Mabee.         15000
Nesbitt North.               1200
Mahaffy/Auburn.           5400
Macdiarmid.                   4300
Dargavel/Bradburn.       3500.

Total.                                61600.                  4500.

I have Crawford coming in at 3700 hectares(you can add that in) but they've included some of the properties like some of Nesbitt and I think a bit of others as the Crawford total. If I'm wrong please correct.  So it's not clear to me.  Texmont I based on size from their map in comparison to others. It's small. Regardless size doesn't matter if the economics work. So if that's true then the "district scale" means big bucks. If the economics don't work, then obviously none of this matters. It would be game over. GLTA

Yeah it's scramble.  The high grade should be sothman 1000, deloro 1800, Texmont 700, the high grade part of Bannockburn 1000. Total 4500. Sorry about the mess. The rest should be listed properly.

If the economics work it's big bucks. Until it's proven then 19X0=0
