$600k = $480k; $015/share became $0.12/share

The once $600k financing @ .15/share never fully happened.  It turned out to be about $480k total, or so, AND the final tranche announced in this latest pr, was priced at $0.12...not the original $0.15 stated by the company.  Look out below.
