RE:The Share Price Is Not So Good! Who Should You Blame? The company's latest news release:
4-02 dated March 7, 2024, stated in regard to the 'build up conductor zone': "...A single drill hole (MAR-24-01) was completed to test the conductor.
The hole intersected a thick sequence of altered volcanic rocks intruded by gabbro sills. Alteration in the volcanic and intrusive lithotypes comprises weak to moderate chloritization, silicification and potassic alteration in highgrade metamorphic rocks. Disseminated magnetite as well as patchy and net-textured pyrrhotite and pyrite are hosted within the rock types, over significant widths. The presence of the magnetite as well as pyrrhotite and pyrite are believed to explain the presence of the conductor. Sampling of the altered and mineralized sections of the core will be undertaken in the coming days. Assay results will be released as they become available..."
https://copperlakeresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/CPL-News-Release-March-7-2024-Drill-Program-Update-Combined.pdf I find it very revealing that the company chose to release the geological content of this drill core prior to having received the more complete assays from the lab.
We would also liked to have seen the geological context! This should also have been released by this time!
Note that they have not done the same with their more recent 800 meter drilling program done at MT conductor # one!
Why do you suppose that they have not chosen instead, not to release this most critical and more recent core data?
This is what they stated in their press release: "...Clearing and cribbing of the site for the drill rig to access MT Conductor 1 is currently underway.
It is anticipated that the drill will be on the site and coring within the next three to four days. The Discovery 2 fly drill rig has a depth capability of 750 metres turning NQ-size rods, and it is expected that the hole will be completed to at least that depth.."
So what happened? Why the silence? Shareholders are left dumbfounded and perhaps, even bitter!
Sadly, many investors here have now chosen, perhaps unwisely, to sell!
It's been almost 3 weeks now since they
may have drilled the MT conductor! It didn't take the last drilling done at the bulldup conductor to give us, many of the most important facts!
Regarding news release: 24-01 dated Jan. 30, 2024, the preamble states that " ...
The Build-up Conductor appears to be an extension of the MT Conductor, which is trending to east..." https://copperlakeresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/CPL-NR-Jan-30-2024-Combined.pdf Further in regard to the 'build up conductor', the press release states "...Notably,
the apparent east-west trend of MT conductors 1, 2 and 3 if extended to the east, would coincide closely with the location of the Buildup conductor..." Lastly, this same press release stated that "...A geophysical contractor will be on site within a week to complete additional large-loop EM surveying to fully define the size, strength and
orientation of the Build-up conductor. It is anticipated that the survey
will take 4 to 5 days to complete with results to be in hand shortly thereafter..." So what were the results of that geophysical endeavor?
Does the build up conductor, down dip in orientation, back to the west, where the MT conductors are located or not?
Is the build up conductor zone a possible extension of the MT conductor zone or is it not? The company now has the results, so why hasn't the company shared this most important technical information with its shareholders?
As a distal extension of a very much larger VMS depostional environment, it might be logical to assume that it might represent
only the fringe, the mostly iron sulphide component of a much larger VMS deposit! Think what this kind of information could do for the share price!
This kind of information would be valuable for investors to know!
It could mean that the main body of ore could be buried, deeply below, connecting the deeply running MT zones with this same, higher up, build up conductor zone, lying almost 2 km to the east!
Shareholders need to know how big this potential ore body might happen to be! Copper Lake management: Release this critical information to shareholders! And do it now!
Our share price is now suffering the cost of your apparent inaction in this regard! Please wake up and stop dropping this ball!
Mitigate this kind of unnecessary uncertainty! As company managers, this is a part of your job!
Furthermore, if this next course of action is now happening,
nobody likes backroom deals done behind their backs, when a good news release, done properly, might be just the kind of news that the market better likes to see at this most critical time when the company's stock, still trades so cheaply!
The market likes to see any good news announcement!
Such well shared information might be just the kind of news that could drive our share price, much higher, before any ill conceived and poorly priced, undervalued, sell-out of our shares, has been made!
Let the price rise substantially higher, before selling out any of our assets, just for peanuts!
Is this the real reason that Copper Lake management has been so recently, much quieter than normal, more like a mouse?
Who is the cat? Can't he pay us more? Is this just my wild speculation?
You be the judge of that!
All the best! Java
