CPS probably wont get a whole lot of funds from anyone until they can pull in several hundred million on their own.  Apparently then some of the goverment committment will then flow in, but not until then.
You can expect a fair bit of time, and dilution, to pool all the money needed to get this thing off the ground.  Their @800 million plant estimate might also be double that by the time their done. If they use all the Manitoba born, extremely optimistic Project Managers that never seem to get it right, then they need a billion or so just to get the 272 million in government loans.

Insider buying?  Dont expect it for a while, this thing will crawl along for some time yet.  
I'll watch from the sidelines with interest, it would be a nice opportunity for Selkirk, MB

The management team has had over eighteen months knowing what they might get from the Government and no doubt their prospective investors have known too. Waiting for that confirmation has, I believe, been a major road block, which is now open for them to move forward. Management should have readied themselves for this moment and be going over all options to complete the financing asap. If they ...more

If I sell my shares now I can get a great deal on a ride-on lawn mower at end of season prices (just how I like to shop). Or I can hit the YOLO button and hang around for longer. Suggestions anyone? LR

Maybe you should "cut" your losses.   I dont own this one, but I own another similar.  Always hopeful, I suppose to a fault. This sounds like a pretty good opportunity, just not sure where all the money will come from(besides the loans), and how many years it'll take to start churning out glass. Fingers crossed
