Got some news from Comex. Meeting minutes were not adopted yet. Le compte rendu de la 397e runion du Comit dexamen na pas ete adopte par les membres du Comite et nest donc pas disponible. Comme indique sur le site Web du COMEX, dans la section Questions et reponses Questions/Reponses - Comex (comexqc.ca) 5. Quand le COMEX se reunit-il et quand puis-je avoir acces au compte rendu? Le COMEX se reunit environ une fois par mois. Le compte rendu de chacune des reunions est habituellement rendu accessible sur le site Internet du COMEX, 45 jours apres son adoption par les membres. Jespre que ceci rpond votre question.

My guess is CRE will release the provincial permit news on December 31st at midnight.

I read this as the members have not signed off on the minutes yet, so they haven't been posted. Once they are agreed upon and signed off they will be posted 45 days later.  My big question is: Once they adopt the minutes, do they send their recommendation to the minister, or does the 45 day period have to be observed before that happens?  It is also an assumption that they even

They don't need to wait 45 days to act on their decisions, they didn't waste time sending questions to the minister and then to cre.
