I like how he brushed off the questions regarding marketing and the pre-agreements other companies are doing to promote as unnecessary.... sounds kind of bizarre and confirm my theory that they are in bed with someone to give a big chunk... well we will keep waiting to see. Oh, and only 10 views so far... it's really discouraging

Good job Eric   I watched it several times.  I have to remind myself about the scope of this project  as the very infrastructure of lithium and electric vehicles being laid out in front bringing a mine to production. We are getting closer fellas. We knew this could be huge one day when we started buying in. Feel free to chime in Wildman

Thank you Illusion for the heads up. My take aways were ; 1) Financing has now moved from 400 million to 425 million 2) The "norm" to get an endorsement from COMEX is getting it after 4 or 5 rounds of questions. CRE has answered 5 rounds 3) Over 100 prospective buyers for our material and negociations with some of them have been going on for years. Eric is talking about a "SWIFT ...more

Tinker....to add to that list, can someone please confirm or explain the following.  I believe this is also something that Eric, JSL and Haber said in their online meeting with nflyby last week or the week before. We are trading at 0.4x NSAV (or whatever is called).  Eric mentioned that most companies in this sector trade at 1.0x.  So there is room for a re-rating. He also said ...more

Redbull, You heard right on all your points. I understand that in the 2017 FS there is a table that shows clearly what an increase from 750$ a ton to 1000$ a ton (and he said that is very conservative for long term planning) would do on the NPV. And since it is so easy to show this to investors, there is no need at the moment to rush the NPV upgrade. As for the phase 2, my understanding is that ...more

If you listen carefully he mentioned possible sources of financing equity, ownership/off-take agreement but no loans!!! As per the theory I have been floating for months, management will dilute to raise at least half if not more. So the calculations should use at least 350M shares. Price is kept suppressed so the offering will be around $2-2.50/share IMO

There's a chance we were listening to different discussions because Eric spoke extensively about taking the necessary steps today to obtain "green" funding. Paying 5% vs. 11%. Debt funding is clearly something they are extremely focused on. And once they lock down these off-take/financing/strategic partners, they should have access to high level of debt at attractive rates. I can ...more

Monkeyhere, You are too fast on the draw my friend. You can put your theory to rest. The plan is and always has been (I have been in several meetings) to have a partner that would finance up to 50% to get a piece of the action of possibly 25% of the Rose project only and the rest is loans. Even the 25% of Rose could be less or nothing depending if the partner goes for an offtake and at what ...more

I believe it's a good interview, why NO buyers are stepping up? No ones see the value here, the most advanced hard rock lithium producer? tiger

I think that with so much uncertainty and volatility in the markets combined possibly with the delays in permitting the latter which (CRE has learned not to openly speculate as to when it will arrive.) The market has taken the show me the permit approach.  When the permit arrives and financing announced shortly thereafter as there is to be "no ramp up" buyers will also arrive in ...more

Agreed with you. This is the stock, you need to buy when no one buys it, then sit there to wait it to explode up.  It may take some time, bu my guess it will happen in weeks. tiger

This entire week, the traded volume (all exchanges not only TSXV)  has been pretty high for this stock. Usually, we would have approx 300-400K volume, this week we have been 800-1200M volume. Yet the share price is down... so more are selling than buying, the question is where are these shares coming from and why would you sell now but not for a double in a few months? I'm not going to ...more

Yes please no more rants !  We all know most fellow posters views,  it''ll all come out in the wash.   everyone has an opinion , and they are all irrelevant, the stock will rise after permits , the amount the market will decide   Relax!  cheers to all longs!

Monkey here said "more selling than buying" Really ?  More selling than buying ??? Just joking buddy. But you seem to be focused on CRE only. Take a few steps back and look around.

Hard to believe anyone would sell CRE after hearing that discussion. All questions and fears were addressed. Eric sounded calm and confident. My summary: "we got this, stop panicking, here are the reasons" Permitting is at the finish line and given all the factor discussed, is truly a matter of time.  They have partners for contracted off-take + financial partner: the obvious ...more
