Unfortunatly, most people change only when they do not have other choices. It is call the "least effort" solution. Looking at the big picture would be : Ok running electric cars will improve air quality mostly in large cities (and as a whole globally as well), but where is the electricity come from ???? Burning coal to generate more electric power ? More diesel ? Natural gas ...more
