These meetings are always sort of a formality to elect or re-alect members of the board. Most of the votes are already counted prior to the meeting. But sometimes, the question period (if any) is where we get some threads (or feeling) of what is going on. That part is rather informal and it seems that lately, JSL and CO. are not willing to give us too much "informal" info specially
