From there, what is missing, what don’t we know? Are there still obstacles that we are unaware of? The best deal possible? Does nirvana exist? Are management's objectives and requests realistic or unrealistic for future investors in this type of project? Go CRE Go

Those are all valid questions, but it is down to financing now. And nirvana does exist but is different from one person to another :)

The real question is rather what don't we know? Small investors never know everything, and deep down there is some normality there. But the answer to this question will come down to how long a financing agreement will take. The longer it takes will be the sign that tied up an agreement it's like tango...... it takes two for tango

But by having the mining lease, it will surely help in the negotiation with a new partner.:)

Everythings help's.... but who on this board a few months ago knew that a mining lease was an obligation ?

Nope - disagree completely. The real question is What we do know.... We know the size of the deposit drilled to date We know that there are outcrops at Rose and other sites We know that we have about 700 sq km of untapped potential in our land package We know that we are fully permitted We know that we have a reclamation plan in place We know that we have a deal with the local first nations ...more
