Who knows what he said, but based on the stock price action I bet was the same as what we were hearing for the last year - we are working on a deal, 3D chess, make it right, etc. But the Market is not buying that anymore by the looks of it..

So sad to see CRE is below 1 again.  Saddly I only sold 1/3 of my position around $2, the rest are in RED now.  After Eric's letter, I posted my comments, and was named one of the bushers, LOL! where are our cheer leaders? tiger
