It would be nice if CSX actually released the details of the deal with M&M . Like what are the royalties and who's responsible for what. I don't think they can raise anymore money without it .

Im sure they are sharing those details with the appropriate parties/institutions/banks. All under NDA likely at the discretion of M&M. Cant wait for the HALT to come off with the accompanying News Release.
