Under the terms of the Arrangement, shareholders of Nevada Vanadium (the “Nevada Vanadium Shareholders”), other than any Nevada Vanadium Shareholders validly exercising dissent rights, will receive one (1) common share of Flying Nickel (each a “Flying Nickel Share”, collectively, the “Flying Nickel Shares”) in exchange for each one (1) Nevada Vanadium Share held at the effective time of the Arrangement. Each outstanding stock option of Nevada Vanadium and warrant of Nevada Vanadium outstanding, following the effective time of the Arrangement and until its expiration, upon delivery of a notice of exercise and payment of the exercise therefor, be exercisable for one (1) Flying Nickel Share.

As at June 28, 2024, there were 65 million shares outstanding in Nevada Vanadium

The return/surrender to FLYN treasury of 31 million shares is now offset by the additional 65 million outstanding shares from Nevada Vanadium now, which seems to be a dilution.
Also Nevada Vanadium has been busy issuing 7 miillion Treasury shares at 6 cents (April 29, 2024), presumably USD, which is roughly equivalent to the share price of FLYN. or is this Canadian dollars since the registered office is here in Vancouver??

I cant wrap my head about everything happening however the basics are what is happening to the price of nickel, apparently rising 30% plus or minus, which I have not researched vs the price of vanadium from the time of the 1:1 terms of exchange, either Oct 5, 2022 (or joint news release Aug 23, 2022)
One probably needs to look at the royalty situation for each company's property, etc., etc.
