Seems to be bottoming around .17/share. You can take a chance and add some more around this level. More risk to the downside than up right now, in my opinion.

LOL, they even run afoul of securities laws in their compensation to their executives. At 3.5 cents, this is extremely over-valued. Short this stock to 1 cent immediately!!! https
