Where did you get that from?  Not surprising, the cancerous influence of Bakema lives on.  The guy is utter scum.  Should be in jail.

Thanks for that.  Sorry for all those still involved but this is utterly doomed I'm afraid.  Bakema with his usual combination of greed and idiocy has seen to that once again.

Me too and agree your previous post.  Wish they would.  Thought there was a court case pending at one stage but not happened.  I'd get a great deal of satisfaction seeing him in a state pen.

Agreed. Anyone with info for the case can we get this moving forward

After all that Michael and Harvey have been through trying to protect the interests of the Medical shareholders and the prospects of bringing a serious medical device to market (with the ongoing mass market health advantages) I am gobsmacked that the Global shareholders in their totality have failed to back the restructuring package as proposed........ it appears to me that this is now 7 or 8 ...more

I'm a shareholder and I never got a say in this restructuring . I am grateful for the work they have done and am saddened with their departure.

Typical fashion. This press release shows up no where. Pathetic what dies thus make now, 8 seasoned, highly qualified executives all stepping off for the same reason??
Comment by Anthdino on May 29, 2021 8:41pm
One common denominator. Bakema
Comment by Aquaman11 on May 30, 2021 9:40pm
It's not even satisfying go as low as sarcasm about these despicable people. One thing that comes to mind is the question of when and how does an index eventually say "we're shutting you down, you're on your own" to a listed company?  Is this something that can actually happen? ICT, are there still any talks/interest of the original Restructuring Group going on in ...more

Aqua - you pose a very interesting question. First order of magnitude is the AGM they are up against the clock and I don't think they have much wiggle room. If this gets kicked off again, it's a total re-do meaning they would have to make a brand new application to get relistef and I seriously doubt they would get approved with the same leadership and ownership at the helm. From start to ...more

As you say, Bakema & co must understand the situation and although a bunch of greedy btrds, they certainly aren't stupid. Does any one have any clue as to what their strategy will be from here; it concerns me that they might just wind up Medical and with much of the IP remaining with Global, just start again cutting/wiping out existing shareholders. Is there anything to prevent Bakema ...more

I was told a few years ago by Bakema that the reason the 'floated' in the first place was because they didn't have to money to get the CSS to market on their own.  So in theory I guess they could but in practice if they actually want to make anything out of it I don't think they could do this. I would disagree with you about them not being stupid.  I think their actions ...more
