Seems like a no-brainer buy at this level considering this is a recession-proof business. A recession for Cematrix would just result in lower costs and a larger available labour pool. Am I missing something? GLTA!

Nope, positive ebitda, lots of cash, new equipment, 2x current ratio, infrastructure.   Etc etc

That is an understatement.  This is really starting to catch on.  Aecon, SNC, Lafarge of course are all starting to welcome it into their daily projects.  The MYO has given its approval.  If you don't believe me start asking around.
