Caveat Emptor future Investors
If anyone wants to put your money to sleep, then CZO's the place.
In 2016 CZO raised at $1.06 a share.
Anyone that invested in the private placement back then would have lost .56 / share as of today's close. So more than half of your investment has been flushed down the toilet. Yes you can claim a tax loss on future gains, that's only if you can sell your position in this highly illiquid stock (grand total of under 4K $ today) Add inflation to the mix and the frustration of listening to broken promises of "unlocking shareholder value" (2018) by the CEO and you just have a headache that's compounded by a pumper named Prophet of Facts (formerly digitel..before being banned by SH),
This paid pumper will tout how the company has made compounded returns of 14% over the last decade, yet the stock has lost more than 50% since 2016. Everyone gets paid handsomely in this company ($600 K + to the CEO), yet shareholders get crapped on. The BOD is from the Henry Ford era and don't contribute anything except for Dr. Le, and even his contributions are suspect. Google his name, difficult to find any affiliation with CZO but he's happy to take as many stock options as possible I'm sure.
CZO has frequently promoted the potential markets available...worth Billions, yet the CZO has not signed a deal with any company, although it claims to be in talks with major international companies.
Caveat Emptor to those that are looking to invest. The company although profitable, cannot produce results that rewards shareholders. It touts many technological innovations which may be true, but the current management is incapable of signing deals with potential partners and are afraid to venture out of the box so to speak. Look at the BOD bio's on the website, YouTube videos on the CEO's presentations and you'll clearly recognize that this is a Mickey Mouse management operation that has major communication issues with the investment community and shareholders alike.
