Stock market valuation

Stock market valuation:

At the last capital increase at $1.05, the stock market valuation was $70-75 mill. on sales of $13 mill.

Currently, the market valuation is around $30 million and expected sales of $20 million.
The profit should be between 3.5-5 mill. and thus at 4-6c earnings per share.
The P/E ratio is therefore between 7-10 times.
