I do believe that the BofD does have a very good understanding of these assets and that is why they NEVER, NEVER and NEVER again ies that pays them. Hell even the BofD doesn't buy these stocks.
So once again, YES, YES and YES again.

Let's not forget Gilles' disingenous reasons why insiders don't buy shares in the open market; 1) the are invested with their time by working for the company 2) they are not millionaires

Well we all know that gagnon is not fulltime at Ceapro so strike 1. Secondly, if he is not a millionaire then he is a worst money manager that his record at Ceapro and Aezs show, strike 2, oh wait maybe that is true judging by his track record with these 2 companies. What a lying peice of brown stuff
