fossi doesn't want people to talk about it.
PROPH... How many months, even years, have you been telling us about the fantastic views from Ceapro every day?
You have completely ignored our criticism of the quarterly results, of Symrise, of the constant failure to meet timetables in the development of the pipeline.
The only thing that has increased during this time is the salaries of Gilles and Ronnie.
We shareholders have been left behind in every respect.
Now suddenly the turnaround. Our cash situation is deteriorating, the Avenanthramide trial is costing money and the PGX facilities are also costing a lot of money. - And dear Fossi is supposed to develop an alternative plan instead of a merger.
Has anyone ever heard a stupider joke?
Gilles was apparently unable to develop a business plan for CZO. This business plan certainly didn't include a merger a few months ago.
Now the alarm bells are ringing!
Who kept telling us about the great deal with Symrise? That was simply a lie!
Who told us that the decline in orders in the core business was only temporary, was that also a lie?
Your fantasy about the pipeline is completely implausible, but since it cannot be proven, you propagate it every day.
Of course, the statements of Gilles and Ronnie have to serve as proof.
Just as bad is your citing of the AEZS price target of US$15 by Wainwright. If they cut the price target to US$5 tomorrow, as has happened several times, who cares.

Agree with you completely Fossi. Thank you for calling it out and I believe many of us who have been here will not fall for this charlatan who swamps the board with utter hopeful nonsense. If it's of any value, I agreed with your point back then about CZO buying back shares. Looking forward to this merger vote and kicking out GG - hoping Ronnie is upto task.

Like I posted, PoF/Digitel is back to spamming the board - I guess two can play a game and start replying to their own posts. Anyways, most of us long shareholders with accounts here know his/her drill. Would be curious if the post frequency stays the same after Gagnon is voted out and eventually replaced.

Yes, we first need to get past this sham of a merger with a resounding NO on both CZO and AEZS shareholder votes. Then we need to stick to the original plan to vote him off the board in June and put pressure on the board to fulfill its fiduciary responsibility and have him replaced as the CEO.
