You know why no share buyback?

Because they want to make sure they get their salaries for as long as possible.

Want to create quick shareholder value, proceed to a share buyback with all the cash sitting idle being burnt. Applies to both CZO and Aeterna.

But no confidence in the Companies in they represent or the future.

And they have no confidence as seen in their abilty to create shareholder value (despite years of "postive" news releases on both companis) so both management teams have avoided buying shares in the open market.
