Anybody have any ideas as to why AEZS went up 20% or $0.36 today?

This is the first full week of the New Year. It's back to work. More details on the merger expected around the end of the month. H.C. Wainwright had a US$15 target on AEZS before a recent huge spike in biotech. It's only at US$2.18! $2.18 0.26 | 13.54% US$15 works out to a market cap target of ~C$100 million for AEZS.
