Is something up?

Last year a company announced a merger at the same time in December with a US company and within one month the information package had been mailed. CZO/AEZS gave themselves 1/2 month longer to mail the forms and they stil haven't been released. Why did CZO/AEZS give themselves 1/2 month longer and why haven't they been released yet? Were AEZS/CZO waiting for something? Are they still waiting? Has something happened? Stay tuned.
