Every NO vote is important

Gilles received 70.63% of the votes at the last AGM. He is not allowed to vote on March 12. Every vote is important so that something changes.

thankfully only 5 days left to understand where our investment is headed.  The feeling of the market and the shareholders is that the merger will not happen. (unless Oats has some side-agreements)  the question is then, what happens once the merger is cancelled ... how long will Gilles and the rest of the board be engaged for. They clearly spent huge amounts of money and time on ...more

Stinzo, "They clearly spent huge amounts of money and time on something they were not certain about ..." Insiders were univeral in their approval of the merger. Both the Advisory Board and the Board of Directors universally approved the merger. Not one against - a ringing endorsement. Ronnie Miller said they were "thrilled" and “After careful consideration, we believe ...more

Proph, you are losing your touch.. you know that the votes are looking negative, and you trying to spin it on the shareholders ... think about Aetherna shareholders who have lost 98% of their investments... you think they beleive anything your people say or write? Ceapro has not even had the time to do a single video call to its shareholders to explain this merger? Insiders also own no  ...more

Stinzo, "think about Aetherna shareholders who have lost 98% of their investments..." 90% of Phase I biotech ultimately fails and an even higher percentage of preclinical programs. AEZS is still around. Are you suggesting that the biotech industry be shutdown given its catastrophic failure rate; especially given the biotech market has many early-stage biotech stocks trading below cash ...more

I WOULD beleive you if BOD and Gilles bought shares on the public market over the years. THEY HAVE BOUGHT NONE!!!!!!!!! How are we as retail supopse to support a management team that does not support the company stock on the public market NO insider buy means NO for VOTE

Gilles has never sold a single share. How many Presidents and CEOs can say that over a decade? Not many. He has added to his holdings over time. As of the last AGM Circular he had 1,739,000 shares and 820,000 options. This is a high risk microcap. Given his holdings he probably has too much concentration in a single high risk asset.

The salient point is that after over a decade of Gilles this is still a high risk microcap, in fact the cap part is about the same as the day he started.

Selling would make matters WORSE. How about other insiders....NO BUYS !!!!!! NO SUPPORT!!!! NO VOTE !!!!

When merger fails we then vote Gagnon off the board at the next AGM.

And that was with OATS voting for Gilles. So Gilles needs that extra few percentage points in votes to go his way again else the merger will fail.
