Market cap of $52 mm and a few thousand shares a day at 12 cents isn't a compelling story on liquidity.  Where are all the brokers that should be supporting this?

Perhaps Pfizer needs to bury their vaxx profits somewhere.   If Decibel is a target for Pfizer, good for you.  It's a crowded field.

Look at energy stocks.  With everyone paying more to heat and light their homes, who can afford to pay for regulated pot?  Everyone is calling their dealer Mo, Juan or Rocco.

that's like saying who can afford alcohol while regulated cannabis just surpassed the illict market in sales last month. You should invest in this company, otherwise, this is just obvious that you have a vested interest against the best wishes' of dB.

Corroborated?   Insider trades are public and the stocks at 10.8 cents.   Trouble with facts?   Keep buying hero, maybe you can save the story.  I'll watch the insider reports for your big bold buys.
