One possible solution

FS can apologize to the TN and then resign as CEO. The BOD can then appoint a new CEO with positive relationship with TN. DBG moves forward.

In addition.....it would be a good idea to stop those videos and to disolve the juvenile telegram DBG chat. Not good for DBG image.
