Maybe the clarification was due to securities checking into their claims after they informed securities about bonanza grades grades they were about to release?

maybe it's because indiscrete postings such as the one the  gipper made sicked the regulators on them... My god the only way the technicality raised in the press release would ever appear was if the regulators insisted on it.... It is so picayune it is almost unbrelievable....
