100% is always better
Yes.. the more i think about it - the more i like it.
I've knocked over several beer barrels along ( with each post ) trying ot see which move would be the best move for - Decade.
The best bang for buck - points to....
Not nessisarily teaming with just any junior with a higher valuation, but a junior whose already on the path to porduction or who is in production.
If Decade ever chose to division the red cliff into two separate parcels - last post -
it would benifit each junior - owning 100% of something.
Status quo - is gridlocked with - 65% + 35%
While each junior having 100% of something can then, barter with another to move each divisioned porject forward.
HYPO - Decade could then knock on , Ascot's door and ask,
Did your 20% increase in budget for milling machines happen ot include more machines or was it just the influx in machines costing more ?
Havign a jv with a nearby peer whose mining with equipt or is about to...
Would move Decade into postion pf - bringing forth the Montrose.
Owning a full 100% of Montrose with say, 1500m strike
Can be diced andslicedseveral different ways - if...
another producer was interested.
Gold won't porfit anyone... if it just sits in the ground.
And... time has that uncanny effect on an explorer who wishes to see the project come to
fruition in thier lifetime... There's no glory if the junipor can't see thier project come onscene while they're still strutting.
Finding the gold is the first glory,
While pulling it out - wins the trophy.
It's the abilty to shuffle things around with least cost to junior - while bringing about
the most value.
Ironing out a deal with MTB - with red cliff, might be the quickest path to seeing
Montrose / Mountrose come on scene.
Could be as simple as...
Delivering a concentrate to - Premier mine ?
Which would cut hte costs of Montrose down to a limited budget of crushing and concentrating
ores... then, ship out ot Premier... as not to place too much presure on thier flotation....?
Deal wirth MTB - division - Red Cliff - CHEAP - no cost to do
Each junior would have 100\% of something - stock values unaffected - better postioned
500m strike redcliff + 1500m strike Montrose
Some might say - MTB is not getting any worth ?
Think again - under ground workings - 35% can only get so much - gold + silver
but more importantly - copper grades are well above - 1% .
copper markets are hot right now...
Team with a junior with decent valuation but with no production facilitty ?
= Limited effect.
Team with a junior with production facility ?
= Best effect.
Then... release Montrose resource.
Resource = Stock is repriced
Then... poke away at - del + lord with a higher stock price.
Sit and wait with the TAUNT of - Montrose resource - looking all PURDY .
Just ideas....
Cheers....
