First off my condolences to the Irwin family and speedy recovery to the other 2 workers.   So you've had one contractor killed and 2 others seriously injured and you don't report that significant news for 3 weeks to shareholders???  How can that happen in a publicly traded company??? Might explain the relentless selling before any assays.

It was posted on Ceo over a week ago so I figured it was true. It sucks . Yes, condolences to the family. Yes, strange no news from DEC on this accident.?

That is very unfortunate.  ATV's, slippery or rough forestry roads, low cloud or bad light conditions, and then steep drops off the side of the road in so many places in coastal BC.  Condolences to all affected, very sad event. If Ed is having a tough time keeping it all together with work and filings, then maybe time to get some help.  Perhaps that's why an old ...more

Yes Countrygent very sad and unfortunate indeed.  Some person just trying to make a living gets killed on the job, should never happen. But sadly happens far too often.  Your discription of the possible conditions that may have led to it is very similar to a good friend of mines accident.  Hunting in the Terrace area, on a ATV , traveling down a old logging road, low cloud, low ...more

I've seen it happen before with devastating results as well.   Downhill, curve, forestry road, misty, low light, wet, two up on an ATV, off they shot over the downhill edge, driver deceased, passenger in hospital for months left with permanent disabilities.  Great machines for accessing the back country but they can be so dangerous in a split second in mountainous terrain.   ...more

Negative press releases is simply something that every company dreads. More so here, then maybe anywhere else. This stock price is now under the PP price which is where they bought in.

You're a terrible person foe saying something like this. A local has died in a work accident. He was loved by the community where this happened. Do you think it's fair that you wrote something like this for everyone to see?

Some clarity on this situation is needed to be disclosed to the shareholders, fast!  The news release from the CBC certianly made it sound like they were under the employ of DEC at the time of this accident. Perhaps heading out to a drill site? .....Were they just hired and about to start work on the property?.... Does this change the drill program?..... Will this end any more work on the ...more

It happened at Red cliff not nobody knows. From what was posted on the other board is that it was a site tour with Geo's from another company. Two passengers were also hurt and are recovering.
