as slow the hole workings are under his guidance, it will be now
bis Barrick even slower....the deal is a steel for them....measly
percentages is left for us longterm holders......one offem just
mentioned, we should have been able to go for a some time to
drill the most promissing post ourselves....again we are in a lame
duck situ................and Kalt stays in the warms.............without
doing any hard work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Share price is climbing so people must like the news. I know I do. Remember Kalt owns 20% of DG and over 30% of RGLD so he's a long term shareholder more than any of us. He wants to make the best decision for shareholders since he's likely the largest one. It might have been hard for us to go it alone which is why this decision was likely made. Well put Kevlude. Alot of investors want their cake and eat it too.The Jr exploration business is tough as it is. I watched Amk unfold and would have been more than happy to be on that ride. Uranium is hot and most investors don't even know that Dixie has any involvement. The uranium property itself is worth 7 million very easy in a year. Yet alone the gold.

As I mentioned above....Mr. Cold did choose the lousiest company to build sort of a venture....just look at the great NG property in Alaska...40 mio. ounces and we wait now since many years on an action to build that great mine....but nothing happens....I could list many others which are waiting for true actions!!!! A plain horrrorrr!!!

if i am correct for 70% barrick want 120 millions so for 30% would be around 50 milllions or approx 2.00 a share.for sure dg made a very bad deal if we compare with the sale of great bear to kinross .. possibly barrick have full time lawyers for that kind of litigation  and ready to wait as long to put dixie on knee as it will cost lot of money to protect this project.some litigation took ...more
