At the current sp that is 32,432 shares you can transfer as an inkind contribution.. Currently my TFSA's my wife and I are fully loaded with TLT.V shares Hunders of thousands of them and now the risk is almost gone after 8 years of accumulation , This year I begin my TFSA DM accumulation , currently I have plenty of shares but not protected from the taxman :-( so I will transfer my full alloted room in my TFS'A'S in 2022 . I am approaching my 1 year anniversy of becoming a DM shareholder and in my opinion all risk is gone here. I am assuming that whomever is holding us down will continue to do so into the new year. So you may want to consider making your contribution early in 2022 if you plan on DM as aTFSA prospect , in the interim I am planning to continue to accumulate DM shares as long as they continue to be on sale , even if I gotta pay the taxman eventually profit is profit and I plan on making abundle with these 2 investments. 
I strongly suggest all of you  take a good hard look at TLT.V IMHO the best current oppurtunity on the Venture at a bargain price however with recent news the stock gained each of the last 3 days with heavy volume. Word is getting out so take a look you just may like the oppurtunity just as musch as DM.
I ramble  ! sorry but i am afflicted with DM3AMITUS.

Sweeeet. I was jk btw. Lol. Both little gems will be perfectly fine in the near future. MG has created a monster in the making in my opinion as the AI verticals will eventually explode especially if we get exposure from the MDA contract. Hopefully we will get a substantial piece of the pie then we should see the sp move up :) thanks for ur fantastic input to this bullboard. GL all as this week
