covid test revenue

I have said a few times covid test revenue is still going to be big for DM for some time, though looking forward AI is going to be more important.

I say Q4 revenue will be dominated by covid test revenue, same for Q1 and Q2 2022.

I don't think Omicron is going to be the last variant, the next ones may be more severe, no one can say.

But some government thinks those vaccinated don't need to take covid test, I personally disagree with that.  Vaccine is not designed to halt the spread, it is designed to reduce the sympton, and of course it can save lives.  

Think how Omicron spreads all over the world, it spreads by vaccinated travellers, non-vaccinated people are not allowed to fly.

TankUmo you are 100% correct. World leaders right now are looking to budget high level testing paid for by their governments so that they can get cash flowing again.  I'm not kidding when I said a $50 mill Contract for test kits owuld not be out of the realm of reasonableness.  $100 mil for 2022 at 40% margins at DM given guaranteed supply and high accuracy seems about right to me

Yes are correct but it will be the unvaccintaded that will get really sick and collapse the healthcare system.

Both groups must behave, they don't do distancing anymore, they get very close together, not good.

Good opinion @ tankumo. Good for DM shareholders but not so good for the future of new variants...we need a new plan (i bought some Zentech...ticker ZEN) to go forward. Lets not only test but lets protect? Dm is in the right place but protect urselves at the same time. Scary times

ZEN's a good company.  There are nearly endless possiblities for the use of their graphite.  They have rare hydrothermal vent graphite.  I got in at about $0.60 about 3 years ago.  I sold my position to put some of that money on DM.  Had I known ZEN was still going to keep rising in share price and DM was going to languish for the last 6 months it would have been nice
