I feel like the people of Vancouver are the luckiest. Imagine having a cup of coffee or conducting your business while your car is charging. DM  has made it possible by introducing Mobile Charging Carts in commercial plazas and shopping Malls in Vancouver. It seems like the worrying days are over.

I don't believe the technology is limited to what was said in the news release.  I'm sure if the investment opportunity arises and a developer wants to place a few mobile chargers in a few older apartments or condos that they manage, I'm sure DM would be open to an agreement.  You want to try and keep your tenets happy or you can lose them to a newer development with built in

Ideally such spaces will provide some sort of valet service - taking the chargers to/from the vehicles, unplugging when the owner is happy with the charge level (i.e. probably monitoring on his phone and informs the valet once happy with the charge level), at which point the valet can take the charger back or to a new customer.
