they need to turn around the terrible Google reviews they get for the Edmonton South Clinic. Looks like the owners couldn't manage the patient traffic if you believe the recent reviews. Luckily people will put up with a lot when it comes to healthcare. This could represent an opportunity for excellent growth if DM invests in excellent administration.

I wonder if they'll be changing the name for a "fresh" start. There is also an Imagine clinic in Toronto already.

Good point. They should have a clean slate particularly now they're owned by a public traded company that cares about client sentiment. Also,If they manage the two clinics profitably several others can be opened capturing more clients

Whats great about this new acquistion is that its completely turnkey...this will bring DM to new levels and improve revenue by alot. Just last year Imagine Health made $5m. They are open for business, with paitents flowing in...plus Med-Call telehealth services will be incorporated into the plan too...fantastic

It is a great addition especially since the clinics are already functioning which means revenue are immediate. I am waiting to see how it performs in the next Q.

One month of Imagine revenue? Q1 earnings will be the true reflection of the impact we could expect from Imagine Acquisitiion financial wise. That said health security revenue remain in growth with that deal especially that telehealth service
