I'm not sure if the decision to spin off healthcare was made for strategic or financial reasons.  It will be interesting to see, however, how the healthcare sector develops under its new management and whether AI will continue to play a part in it.

I've said many times, I believe this market is over saturated with Telus Health leading the way.  I have no idea what DM would have to offer over them and I'm yet to hear an answer from anyone.  Telus bought out EQCare who was the biggest player in this market place and the only one ISO Certified. I'd love to hear what DM is going to do different and their pricing is

While Telus Health may have a strong presence in the market, DM could differentiate itself by offering unique features or a better user experience. Additionally, pricing may not be the only factor that customers consider when choosing a telehealth provider.

The market is loaded with companies not just Telus Health.  What exactly are they going to do drastically differently, to justify their pricing and are they gonna be ISO Certified?  I would bet they aren't ATM.  I believe their other platforms have a much better chance of success than this one. The prices they are charging are what they were when Telemed really came to market

 It is important to note that not all have access to Telus services and quite a number may be willing to pay for a different telemedicine platform with unique features and benefits. Additionally, ISO certification is not necessarily a requirement for a telemedicine platform to be successful or effective.

It's important to note you don't have to pay for Telus or the other services if you use during regular business hours & IT"S AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE ( you're incorrect).  The government actually pays for it, it's only if you want 24/7 access you pay for it.  Thus why many companies pay for it, to help employees get the help they need, whenever they need it and
