Would have been nice if they thought that from the beginning and not spend tens of millions on a useless vertical that's going to take lots of money to generate revenue and profit. If it ever does.

I do not agree. I prefer that they diversify their revenues; remember, diversification is how they were able to achieve the COVID highs.

Not sure how I feel about this. I can totally understand the need for DM to focus on the AI aspects of the Company, but I see huge growth possible in the healthcare end as well. Why divest? " Unbrand " healthcare stuff from Datametrex but hold. Put in a CEO or a GM to focus on healthcare who reports to DM. AI is a complex beast and Datametrex is vendor to many large and high profile

They couldn't find anyone to pay for a business that has failed miserably over the last couple of years so they will let us loyal shareholders own it then put in some of their cronies as managers, pay them big salaries and run the thing down the tubes while trying to develop medi-Cal until they squeeze
