Yeah because it's only a potential spin-out currently, you are acting as if there has been an announcement guaranteeing the spin out.

Everything is a potential with this company. Potentially we can install 500 Chargers in 23. Potentially we're buying a drone company. Potentially we might even have contracts for AGPT. Potentially we might uplift to the TSX. This company only has to offer potential potential potential.
