This would be the worst time for an R/S. While typical in far too many cases like this it sends a terrible message and tends to be a disaster. If, and it still may be a very big if, they can create some NR momentum, the R/S could be done with a much more positive spin. Also if momentum leads to a revenue scenario as was the case during covid they (a) won't have to use shares to expand and (b)

??? They don't need to play ...they need to get serious! Dropping the ball on the second (first?) NR did them no favours today. That, especially after making some important decisions.  As for your R/S justification ...you might want to check out the value of doing that when you're down already. They don't need shares room for transactions ...they need to FOCUS!!!

No RS we got rid of Marchie and all the  lies like I said a long time ago you could see in his eyes he was a lier. Where is his news guy that would do all the talking in his interviews and Marchie would just sit there and smile. What a joke them two were good ridence now at lease we stand a chance. Good Luck

@Smokey1958: I absolutely agree with you. It would be the worst time for an R/S! You mentioned some of the reasons. I would like to add something else. In most cases with pennystocks, the SP only increases to the split fitting price at the beginning. The MC remains at the right level. But shortly afterwards, the SP continues to fall and the MC also falls below the level before the R/S. This

There will be no reverse split imho. I don't need to ask Park. Would be a very stupid move. With the shares out offers excellent liquidity when things start to heat up which might be sooner than later :) glta

I can't see the logic in a RS either. Sales are what will drive DM and leveraging connections in Korea IMO. Expanding healthcare vertical as well. DM's I.T can be applied apparently to just about any industry so again, sales will need the focus. When you are able to finally push your car out of the ditch, away you go. Ya know?
