A quick look at Metalex's latest financials ought to shed some light on any Quebec supposed epiphany for Dianor.Joe needs just over 1 mill in a week ... and CEE is just about 2 mill for 2011 ... neither of those two liabilities fit into TEC framework and Kodiak simply isn't there at 3 cents.The PP out of NS ... it's interesting to some degree ... but ... likely won't be appreciable
