all is said is the DOR was traded on that day.
it was only a few bucks and my guess it was for tax consideration.
I have no idea of the status of the claims, the company, or the shareholders...
what I do believe is there is NOT that many shares outstanding as most of the warrants expired

Fair enough, still find it hard to believe I guess that nobody wanted the leadbetter property. If in fact that is what went down. On top of that everyone went quiet, no roumers of what went wrong with negotiations, all we got was did not have the cash to pay accountants to file (filed a draft) so more or less the company went dark, lights out. Just seems like more to the story than is out there.
