What are they drilling?

Can't find any news for months.  Is it a pump and dump yet again?   SPEC still got the magic touch.  What happens when it it 2 cents next week and SPEC is gone? Like all the others.   What does this have to do with CXO SPEC?   RED FLAG CITY
