Lassonde owns 20.38% of the DWS prior to the offering

and acquisitions done recently....if Lassonde Industries were to convert the debentures and warrants and options it would then own 24.18% of DWS

The Lassonde Group would own directly or indirectly 11,615,421 shares or 34.65% of the company DWS

Anybody else see a trend here....Lassonde Group is accumulating shares on the cheap and then will be in a great position to just buy out the remaining shares for a "healthy premium" to seal the deal

My opinion....buy and be patient :))
