They applied for permits on January 16th and said a minimum of 15 days to get approval. Almost a month has gone by and no news on moving the rig. Wonder why they didn’t apply sooner? Wonder why they didn’t drill when the price of oil was still over $60. They still need to build the roads and leases after they get approval. Drilling this year? Maybe they’ll wait until next year. They should have
