Q3 deadline - tomorrow - Nov.29
According to the rules that I can find indicates that the Quarterly reports must be issued 60 days after the end of the quarter. 60 days from Sept.30 is Nov.29th.
I am not very impressed with a company that reports on the last possible day. It shows that they really aren't very excited about their company, and a laissez-faire attitude toward shareholders.
Yawn, when do we need to report to our shareholders?
I am very curious if they will make this date, and what they will say in their MD&A.
