I was looking to get back into this under .50 usd...glad I was slow and hadn't bought back in yet.  What a crappy deal for all who bought into Eclipse's story--those guys' reputations at Eclipse should suffer from this move.  Screwed the letter writers covering them--makes their readers look like bag holders and will cost them some members.

Tough to say if this is a bad deal or not yet. Lets see what those drill results look like. I'm going to guess the 20 million PP is for phase 3 resourse delination drilling. Also remember, this company was only listed 9 months ago and was a land owner. Now they are a producer as the price of gold rises. It could have been years of drilling with no revenues in site. That's not the case now.

comical that you see it that way.  all coverage of this deal has be negative--except you.  Unless drill results were expected to be bad, then this is a bad deal for Eclipse shareholders...period, end of story.  you can spin it how you want but reality is in your way

I remember when SAND bought 30% Hod Madan in Turkey. Everyone hated that deal also. Mainly because it was located in Turkey, and the stock took a big hit for 6 months. Well sometime in 2021 construction of the Hod Madan mine will begin and In a year and a half when it starts cranking out gold at AISC of $200 it's going to be printing money for SAND.  Again this company was only formed 9

As I said SAND sold off a lot worse. Tell you what, pull up a yearly chart of both companies. SInce it's listing Eclipse share price hasn't really done anything.  Yet Northern Vertex has tripled. Also, as I said you want to be a producer not an explorer in this gold bull market. Eclipse was know where near being a producer. This deal gets them there in 2 more months.  Genius'

SANDS share price fell 40% over a period of a 2-3 months after the Hod Madan deal was announced.
