did you ask why they are offering shares so cheap with the PEA out any time and could more then potentially get more money raised per share and warrant? This for some reason to me this does not seem like a very solid vote of confidence from management.

My best guess is Aura wanted more shares before the PEA and it was the only way to get them (the news mentioned some laws/clauses in shareholder rights that they had to do it this way). Afterall, they are the ones buying almost all of this debenture offering. Another possibility is they need to secure more working capital because they plan on delaying the PEA till the gold market recovers more.

Lets not talk start talking about delays again when there has been no indication of one yet. Should be out in the next few short weeks. IF a delay happens... cross that bridge when it comes. I'll personally still hold my shares regardless. But lets all stop talking about delays. It's already pretty beat up.
