I smell FCC Sale.
Hello,
Something is up. They have refinery, and properties, and a huge company like Glencore near by (and others). At this point we have little movement and action, just told to wait, and EV pumping. I think, they have dressed up the bride and now are looking for a groom to take her away (for the right price).

That's intriguing North ! Yes we just keep waiting here. Supposedly for naming a Finance partner and then the GC term deals and then the Refinery Opening day. As to a FC buy/ out, I'd guess they'll wait for actual cash flow and refinery operation. Much higher price. And besides GC would try to quash any deal.

I agree on a takeover later rather than sooner. Let the pennies rise to dollars. An earlier post here showed insider selling and that doesn't show takeover behavior but who am I to say....
