Insiders participated in the new financing. If this was a big deal the financing wouldn't of been an overwhelming success. It was upsized by approx $3 million. The refinery they are building for Cobalt is going to be a game changer. This is where the money will be made in EV not the actually building of EV vehicles. Even Musk can't make money on these without special tax credits. ...more
